Consultation
- The initial consultation is free of charge within a 5-mile radius and typically involves defining the project scope and providing design advice for custom products.
- If your location is further than 5 miles, a £10 consultation fee will occur which will be deducted from the invoice once a job is confirmed.
- Please note that I am not liable for the accuracy of measurements or the quality of fabrics provided by the client.
Estimates
- An estimate outlining the projected cost of services will be provided, valid for 60 days.
Deposit
- To confirm your order, a 50% deposit of the agreed quote is required.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer.
- The deposit is non-refundable as it covers expenses specific to your project requirements.
Lead time
- Turnaround time is approximately 10 weeks from receiving the deposit or a mutually agreed date with the client.
- The timeline may vary based on workload, material delivery, and order size.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- Any unexpected issues or additional repairs beyond the estimate will be discussed with you before proceeding with any further work or expenses.
Completion
- Once your items are finished, arrangements will be made for delivery, fitting, or collection.
- We are unable to store items, so please plan for timely delivery upon completion.
- You can inspect the completed work either in person or through photos to ensure satisfaction.
Customer-Supplied Fabrics
- A handling fee of £5 per meter will be charged for customer-supplied fabrics.
Final Payment
- A detailed invoice will be provided at the project's completion, including any additional material costs, the initial deposit, and the final balance.
- Final payment must be settled before collecting or receiving the final completed item.
