Consultation
• Free within a 10-mile radius
• £25 fee beyond 10 miles (deducted from your final invoice if you proceed)
• Includes project discussion and design advice
We are not responsible for the accuracy of client-provided measurements or the suitability of customer-supplied materials.
Estimates
• Estimates are valid for 30 days
• Based on current supplier pricing
• May be subject to change prior to commencement of work due to material or delivery cost increases
Deposit
• 50% deposit required to secure your booking
• Payable via bank transfer
• Non-refundable, as it covers project-specific costs
Lead Time
• Approximately 10 weeks from deposit or agreed start date
• May vary depending on workload and material availability
• Delays outside our control (e.g. suppliers or couriers) may affect timelines
Unforeseen Work
• Any additional work outside the original estimate will always be discussed and agreed before proceeding
Completion & Collection
• Collection, delivery, or fitting will be arranged once work is complete
• Please ensure timely collection – storage space is limited
• A storage fee may apply if items are not collected within a reasonable timeframe
• Finished work can be inspected in person or via photos
Customer-Supplied Fabrics
• £5 per metre handling fee
• We are not responsible for durability, performance, or suitability
• We are not liable for issues arising during or after use
Liability
• We are not responsible for hidden structural faults, previous repairs, or weaknesses in furniture
• No liability for indirect or consequential loss
Use of Images
• We may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and social media
• No personal information will be shared
Final Payment
• Final balance due before collection or delivery
• Invoice will include any additional agreed costs

Booking, Payment & Cancellation
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your course date
• Payments can be made via bank transfer
• Deposits are non-refundable
• A change of date is permitted once, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start are non-refundable and non-transferable
Project Scope
• You are welcome to bring your own project to work on during the course
• The time required to complete a project depends on its size and complexity
• We cannot guarantee completion within a set timeframe, as this varies depending on the project and individual working pace
• Many participants choose to book multiple sessions to allow sufficient time to complete their piece
Materials
• Materials are not included unless otherwise stated
• You may bring your own materials or purchase selected items during the course
• We are not responsible for the suitability or performance of customer-supplied materials
Health & Safety
• All participants must follow workshop safety instructions at all times
• Tools and equipment must be used as instructed
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if behaviour is deemed unsafe
Missed Sessions
• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred
Liability
• While all reasonable care is taken, participation in classes is at your own risk
• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings or materials
Completed Work
• Projects worked on during the class remain the responsibility of the participant
Use of Images
• We may take photographs during classes for use on our website and social media
• Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be included
General
• We reserve the right to make changes to course dates or content where necessary
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund or alternative date will be offered
